I’m an urban-suburbanite. That is why I am a Proud Plainfield resident who believes there is much to love and enjoy about my beautiful city. I moved here in 2011 and am still discovering the rich history, diverse community, and ever-growing set of activities and opportunities that define this city. Through this blog, I’ll try to share and hope to expand my view of Plainfield. +- What I love, what I think merely works, and what we might want to band together and change. Getting to Know Me
- Live here with my husband and son
- I grew up in the Bronx
- Lived and worked in Pittsburgh, DC Metro, Hartford, CT Metro
- I love jazz, R&B, soca, dancehall/ reggae, but please no country music
- Enjoy the arts ie local Dance troupes, theater, museums, art exhibits
- A Yankees/Giants fan ..unless the Mets/Jets are in the playoffs 😊
- Enjoy cooking, and dining out
